As you can see , even BTA's have questions.

But I have a request.
I get large amounts of emails asking for help or advice and most do
not have all of the information in them that I need to help you,
so below is a form that you can copy and paste into a word document
answering all of the questions I will need in order to help you, so please, copy
and paste it into Wordpad and or Email with the required information
and then I can go from there to help you.
And also, pictures are a big help , but you MUST reduce them down to 680 by 440 or I can not see them.
Any email with pictures larger then that size will not be replied to.

3. How old is your tank?
4.What livestock do you have in your tank?
5.What corals?
6.What is your lighting?
7. What do you feed your Anemone?
8. What is your alkalinity?
9.How often do you feed your Anemone?
10.How long have you had the Anemone and how did
you acclimate it?
11.How often do you do water changes and how many gallons?
12. Do you have other Anemones in the tank?
13.What filtration do you have and do you run a skimmer?
14. Do you do additives? If so what?
15. Do you have live rock in the tank?
16 . If you have clowns, what kind are they?
17.Send current pictures of your setup and a few of
just the Anemone in question.
